Coke.

Wanna hear something crazy? One of the most popular sodas in the world started out as a medicine! Coke was orginally called Pemberton's French Wine Coco. And the crazy thing, it was green! People claimed that coke just make you feel healthier and could also cure many diseases like morphine addiction, upset stomach, headaches, and nausea. The formula of coke changed many times and was used for many different reasons. At one time coke was used to treat hangovers.
Ever wonder how Coca-Cola got its name? Its because the drink used to have cocaine in it! Its crazy to think that the drink that many people love used to have an illegal drug in it!

Are you Scared??

Are you scared of dentist? What about clowns? Well those aren't just little fears, they actually have name for the stupid little fears you have! For example the fear of clowns is called "coulrophobia", the fear of dentist is called "dentophobia." So basically you can find a name for any, and yes I really do mean any fear that you have! Taking a Different Direction.

So far I have been blogging about music, artist, movies, and TV shows and honestly it's getting pretty boring for me, so gosh knows how boring it is for you right?
So for my new topic, what is it you ask? Well let me tell you a little about it. Everyday we seem to learn something new and Im not talking about the things we learn at school, I'm talking about those random,weird, and sometimes funny things we learn. Like for instance today I learned that you have enough power to bite off your own finger but your mind won't let you do it! Crazy right? I mean who would have thought?!
From this post on I will be blogging about crazy things (but sometimes not so crazy things too) that I learn each day or a few things that I learn each week. I hope these blog post are more entertaining than my previous post's.

Chris Tomlin's New CD.

So Im taking a bit of a different direction with this blog post. Chris Tomlin's new CD, And If Our God Is for Us hits stores on Tuesday. So why am I writing about something that has yet to hit stores you may ask? Because I bought the CD at Passion City tonight! I bought the CD for only 5 dollars! Now thats a deal! As Ive been listening to the songs I cant help but fall in love with it. All the songs are inspiring, uplifting and really just make you think. My favorite song seems to be Our God! Ive heard this songs many times before by Chris but I just love the version on this CD! It's great! So I highly reccomend you spending the money and buying this! Its so worth it!

The Buried Life.

Its a simple question really, what do you want to do before you die? The guys on MTV's The Buried Life are pursuing their own list of 100 things they want to do before they die. The great thing about this show is that every time something on their list is completed, they help a stranger achieve a dream on their list. While their list is consumed of  some crazy ideas, they somehow get to cross them off their list. Some of the things these 4 guys have done are played basketball with Obama, stole a lock (well a strand really) of Robert Pattinsons hair, stranded themselves on a desert island and escaped. So yes, you could see how this could be extremely entertaining and funny. The dreams they help others complete however are pretty inspiring! Once they helped a homeless man find his daughter whom he had not seen in 11 years! They reconnected a boy with his birth mother, helped a girl start a group for people who dealt with depression and self injury, provided and traveled with a girl to Denver to see her mothers grave site for the first time and many other awesome things! This show is a hilarious comedy but also inspring, its a great way to spend an hour on Monday nights thats for sure!  

Matty B.

Let me introduce you to a kid named Matty B. I can tell you that your not going to hear him on the radio, he doesn't have a top hit on iTunes, and your not going to see him at any awards shows, YET. So who is Matty B? Meet the  7 year old boy, who is becoming an internet sensation with over 12 million hits on his rap videos! Matty B  makes home made videos of himself raping to popular rap songs and post them on youtube. I have to admit for a 7 year old this kid is pretty good. He's also adorable which really helps out his popularity! If you haven't herd him rap or watched one of his videos yet, check him out!!
